GrowTale is available for free on the iOS App Store. Search for "GrowTale" or click the download button on our website to go directly to the app.

No! You can access our entire free story library without creating an account. An account is only needed if you want to create personalized stories with Story Credits.

After opening the app, tap 'Add a Child' and follow the prompts to add your child's name, age, pronouns, and appearance. You can also add interests, important people, and specific challenges to make stories even more personalized.

The free story library includes dozens of social stories covering common situations like dentist visits, school transitions, handling emotions, and more. These stories can be read unlimited times, completely free.

Story Credits are used to create fully personalized stories tailored to your child. Each credit generates one custom story featuring your child's name, appearance, and specific challenge.

You can purchase Story Credits directly in the app. Go to Settings > Buy more credits to see available options. Credits are purchased through the App Store and never expire.

If you need to restore previously purchased credits (for example, after reinstalling the app or getting a new device), go to Settings > Restore purchases.

Quick Mode lets you describe a situation in your own words, and our framework creates the story automatically. Full Mode gives you complete control over learning objectives, emotional beats, characters, settings, and more.

Personalized stories are typically generated in 1-3 minutes, including custom illustrations featuring your child.

Currently, stories cannot be edited after creation. If you need changes, you can create a new story with updated details.

Open any story, tap the share icon, and select 'Download PDF'. Choose 'Booklet format' to get a print-ready file. Print it, fold in half, and you have a real story book!

Yes! Stories are downloaded automatically for offline reading. You can read them anywhere without wifi or cellular connection.

Each story page has a read-aloud button. Tap it to hear the page narrated aloud. This lets children engage independently or follow along while you read together.

Story generation can occasionally fail due to connectivity issues. If this happens, your credit is not used. Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.

Try restoring your purchases in Settings > Restore purchases. If credits still don't appear, ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then contact support.

First, try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If issues continue, ensure you have the latest app version from the App Store. If problems persist, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
